Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Afternoon Storms
This is Lake Keowee’s perfect time of year to be a resident due to the many afternoon thunderstorms we have roll through. Come about 3 or 4 in the afternoon and you’ll see angry looking clouds gathering then shortly letting loose. This causes most folks to leave the water, not to return for the rest of the day which leads to my favorite time on Keowee, late summer afternoon just after a good storm. The weather clears, the waters calm and the temperature drops. This is when you get some of the most spectacular sunsets you’ll ever see in your life. You too could be enjoying this if you owned your own piece of land on Lake Keowee, but since you don’t, we’ve got something to fix that.
As with all recent weeks, last week was a busy one with us putting a $600,000+ Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract along with listing an additional Lake Keowee waterfront lot. We are hoping to get another huge piece of property on the market soon, fingers crossed. A lot of time this week will be spent walking land, so we expect to spend a lot of time hydrating and dodging those aforementioned afternoon storms. We also hope to find another house or two to get in front of all you potential buyers.
If you have a Lake Keowee house and are ready to get it sold so you can buy another, bigger one on Lake Keowee, we’re here for you. Don’t hesitate to let us get you the latest information on what it’s worth and how quickly it should sell. Call us right now!
