Yep, only three weeks left in the Lake Keowee real estate sales year (I couldn’t think of another cool way to designate these last weeks besides Terminal 3 but that sounded a little too morose). We are putting the finishing touches on another very nice year with just shy of 50 transactions for the year. That’s just about one every week. Not too bad if you ask us, in fact, quite impressive. It certainly helps that we’ve been selling real estate on Lake Keowee since 1988. It’s been a long time since someone asked us if this was our summer job. How’s business? Very good. Thanks for asking. It’s been an above average November and looks to be a good December. We closed on a couple of properties over the past week and put another Lake Keowee waterfront real estate lot under contract. We’ve also been out to a few more potential listings that we expect to get on the market soon.
