Lake Keowee Real Estate Are the Holidays Here Yet?

Lake Keowee real estate has been booming during the entire year of 2021. So much so, it’s almost impossible to believe we are a little over a week away from Thanksgiving. Certainly, the warmer weather leading up to now has made the summer season seem to last a good bit longer. I’m only on my third day in a row not wearing shorts, a good indicator turkey day is nigh.

How is business? Quite good! We were able to get two properties listed over the past week and put one of them under contract. If we can do that every week we’ll have an incredible 2022 as well. The key here is finding those of you Lake Keowee property owners who are ready and willing to sell. If I’ve said it once in this Lake Keowee real estate blog I’ve said it 28 times: We Need Inventory! We already have buyers… and additional buyers appear when inventory increases. Lots of buyers in the market means you sellers will maximize the dollars in your pocket after the sale. It’s science, man.

It will be rivalry week next week. Somehow the Gamecocks figured out a way to avoid playing the Tigers last year. No such luck in 2021. Looking forward to a fun week of smack talk along with good fun and eats. Oh yeah, the Tigers have to play the best team in the ACC this coming weekend. Should probably worry about that game first. Go Tigers, beat the Deacs!
