Keowee Expert Blog Summer Stretch
It’s the final remaining weeks of summer 2019 here around Lake Keowee and as kid’s school activities begin to ramp up as we are just a week away from them getting back to school, football practice, golf practice, etc. leaves a little less time for folks with kids to get out and look at Lake Keowee waterfront property. However, there are still quite a few who don’t have these concerns and they are, in fact, coming out to take more than a look.
Over the past week we closed another $1.5M in real estate and continue to see good activity on our listings with several seemingly close to going under contract. We also have a few good tours set up over the rest of the week. The good news is this blog sounds like a broken record when it comes to activity. We feel confident this will be the trend for a good long time. Maybe until we retirement (in 20 years).
