Keowee Expert Blog Rain and Cooler Weather
Finally! We’ve had your standard fall-like weather around Lake Keowee recently with high temperatures in the mid 70’s and lows in the 50’s. Perfect time to get out to the fire pit and start roasting some marshmallows and eating too many s’mores. In fact, we were out around the fire pit this past weekend enjoying the sunset across Keowee followed by an unexpected full moon rise. Spectacular! (It wasn’t like some supernatural astrological phenomenon, we just hadn’t been keeping track of the lunar cycle).
Business is still clicking right along and we’re still getting folks looking to put their property on the market as well as looking for that perfect property to buy. We did put one home under contract over the week and have several tours set up for our home listings, as well as taking plenty of folks out to look at lots. We expect the last quarter of 2019 to be a good one with consistent sales at least into the November time frame where things should really start too slow. (We do keep track of sales cycles).
