Keowee Expert Blog Making Pandemic Peace
Pandemic era real estate around Lake Keowee continues to be a hot commodity. Many folks are still interested in finding that perfect Lake Keowee waterfront home or lot to get away from the crowded confines of a more urban/suburban lifestyle. The problem we are having currently is a lack of inventory for everyone looking. Don’t get me wrong, there are some really nice lots out there that you could build a home on, but there just aren’t too many homes under $1,000,000 to choose from. In most cases, if you are going to get what you really want, you’re going to need to build.
We’ve had another productive week at Top Guns Realty, Inc. Mike and Matt Roach. We’ve put three Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract and added a Clemson condo to the mix for a little variety. That’s another 5 real estate sides for those of you counting (I’m sure none of you are, the only reason we do is to try and impress you enough to convince you to work with us). It will be interesting to see what happens in the market as we get closer to the election.
Hopefully, we’ll get some good news (fingers crossed) on a vaccine/improved/faster testing. I don’t know about you guys but this virus is a really throwing a wrench into a lot of our fun.
