Keowee Expert Blog Cruisin’ Into Fall
Cooler temperatures and hints of color are popping up around Lake Keowee. You know what that means… fall isn’t here yet but Mother Nature is calling the roll and taking attendance! I’m talking about “actual” fall where the leaves change and the temperature is cooler most of the time – not “calendar” fall…that one’s obviously made up)! If you’ve been an avid reader of our Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog you know how much we love the fall. It’s the absolute perfect time to be on and around Lake Keowee. Long views dotted with magnificent burst of color over Keowee and up deep into the mountains beyond. Just the thought of that puts a smile in our hearts (and yours, too, hopefully).
Fall usually means a slowing down, but this fall around Lake Keowee has been a bit different. With the virus still in full swing people are learning they don’t have to go into an office and work. They can be wherever they want to be and a lot of them want to be living on and working on Lake Keowee. We’ve put even more property under contract over the past week including two waterfront lots and one waterfront house. We are on the way to surpassing our yearly goals and are working hard to accomplish just that as we’ve also listed 3 new Lake Keowee waterfront lots and are getting ready to put yet another Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market!
