The temperatures around Lake Keowee skyrocketed into the upper 80’s yesterday. Fortunately, they’ve come down a bit since the clouds have moved in. It may have felt like summer, if only briefly, but we still have a few cool days left before we get all the way there. Either way, we are into the time of year where we will have lots of good days to get on Keowee and make some forever memories.
Business continues to be good. We closed on a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront lots last week and just listed an incredible home at 519 Beacon Shores Drive. The market continues to be hot with buyers anxious to get in on a Lake Keowee property before the summer season is in full swing we’re trying our best to help!
