We’re seeing a cold front come through the Lake Keowee area, or should I say a slightly less stifling front, as the temperatures will still be in the lower 80’s. Not to seem ungrateful, because that’s significantly preferable to the triple digit temperatures we’ve been flirting with and will be a very nice change. Dare I say the low 80’s won’t be keeping anyone out of the water? 

Activity remains high as is the outlook for the Lake Keowee real estate market. We added another great new home listing and lot listing over the past week and will soon have videos up for each, delayed a bit though with this brief (and glorious) stint of rain. 

We’ve had over 1800 video views with 68 hours of video watch time over the past 28 days. That’s a lot of 3 – 15 minute videos getting watched. We’ve been adding videos to our web site for over 11 years now and have been shooting aerial videos longer than anyone. We have been successful at staying on the cutting edge for the marketing of our properties and intend to continue to do so for as long as we’re in business.
