Stop Me If You’ve Heard This…National Champions!
Because unless you’ve been living in a hole and haven’t been following this awesome blog you already know that the Clemson Tigers are National Champions!!! For the 3rd time and 2nd time in the last 3 years, no less! We can tell you it is a long way out to Santa Clara, California and it is the rainy season this time of year out there (Saturday and Sunday it POURED). We went to San Francisco on Sunday and needed all of the rain clothes you can fit in a carry-on bag and apparently a bit more as we still got soaked in a few places as we toured the Fisherman’s Wharf area. In the end, Monday turned out to be a beautiful day with a fantastic ending if you are a Clemson fan. For you Alabama fans, that Clemson team is one of the best that has ever played college football, many of those young men will be headed to the NFL, 14-1 is still a very good season, and there is always next year (aren’t you tired of being on top? Let someone else up here already). National Champions!
Just because we were enjoying the rainy season in California doesn’t mean we weren’t on top of the Lake Keowee real estate business. We were able to put a lot and a condo under contract, set up a couple of listing presentations and a couple of property tours, as well as nail down a couple of listings (aren’t cell phones and the Internet grand?). Now that we are back in town, we’ll be adding those listings to the mix over the next couple of weeks. Apparently the weather was awe inspiring around Lake Keowee while we were gone, but has turned a bit cold and windy with a chance of snow for the weekend (it is, after all, January). Precipitation just seems to follow you sometimes. I’m sure we’ll find a few days here and there to get these videos done, the nice thing is that with all of the leaves down you get a much better idea of everything around the property especially when you can see it through an aerial video. You who are getting ready to put your property on the market, take some pictures. Especially if you see that perfect time on your property, such as a sunset, long lake view, or clear mountain vista. We can always use them when you’re ready to list with us. National Champions!
The Tigers and their fans will enjoy the year of being National Champs and work towards making it happen again in 2020. We look forward to following the boys around again this upcoming season. In the meantime, why don’t you come here and buy yourself a Lake Keowee property and jump on the bandwagon, it’s more fun than should be legal! You can still pull for your other team, just make Clemson your second favorite. National Champions!
