Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Memorial Day
Around Lake Keowee and across the nation we hope everyone was able to find time to honor and remember those who died in active military service. We want to thank the families of those folks as well who have had to endure the loss of a loved one who gave their life for our freedom. You can honor them daily by standing up for the rights they paid so dearly to protect.
Lake Keowee real estate is still hopping, though the lack of inventory is definitely putting a damper of the boisterousness of the hop. We were able to put 1 lot under contract over the past week but could have put more properties under contract if we only had them to sell! Our inventory is dangerously low. The issue is that every time we get a Lake Keowee waterfront listing, we sell it within a day. Take last week; we listed a Lake Keowee waterfront property and put it under contract the same day. You just can’t build up an inventory that way (but we like it A LOT and want to do it a lot more!).
