It’s been a few weeks of sensational weather for us around Lake Keowee with temperatures rising into the 70’s for a deliciously warm snap of a couple of days. It almost felt like spring was here, then came the snap and the shorts and flip flops went back into the drawer. Today we’ll reach a high of 54 degrees, which is a lot harder to take a nice afternoon boat ride than 75, believe me as I’ve got hard data to back it up. But not this nor anything can stop us from getting down to Lake Keowee real estate business!
A good week as we were able to put a Lake Keowee waterfront home and lot under contract. That’s just shy of $2.5M in volume, we’ll take that on any winter week around Keowee regardless of the temperatures. We are also working on two new home listings we’ll be bringing on over the next few weeks. Folks are starting to think about getting their properties on the market around the March/April time frame in order to take full advantage of the spring selling season.
