A hard weekend for South Carolina’s major college football teams as both USC and Clemson took it on the chin losing games they were expected to win and throwing potentially successful seasons into turmoil. There is a lot of football left so, don’t be surprised when things change for the better for both! Fortunately, neither team has to actually win for us here around Lake Keowee to have a great weekend…but it helps!

We certainly had a successful week as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract. We also closed a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Folks are still excited about finding property on Lake Keowee with many buyers actively seeking for just the right spot.
