Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Jet Ski Weather
Yep, it’s almost here around Lake Keowee. The kinda warm weather where you can get out on Lake Keowee on the jet ski, get a little wet and have a blast without battling hypothermia. Obviously, we’ve been on the water for weeks weather-be-darned because you just gotta do it if you can; but for sane folks now is the time.
Along with the warmer weather also comes the flowers, fresh green leaves and bucket loads of pollen. We’ve been fortunate this year to have a couple of rain events that have knocked some of it down but don’t worry there is still plenty to blow around. Expect to wash the car, decks, pets, etc. a few times in the coming weeks.
How does that all affect Lake Keowee Real Estate? People are getting excited and ready to use the lake to its fullest potential and ready to buy their own piece of Lake Keowee heaven. The bad news is we have a bit of a problem; there simply aren’t enough properties to go around. At the moment, it seems we currently have more buyers than sellers. If you are a consistent reader of this blog (Thanks!) this is not the first time we’ve encountered this conundrum. But it’s a great time for you folks who’ve been thinking about selling to get off of the fence and do it. Prices are up and folks are still willing to pay them to get on Lake Keowee.
