Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Great Week
The weather has cooled a bit, but it’s still temperate for folks to get out and about. As per usual spring fever abounds, I know we feel it, and we expect our symptoms to increase in severity. There ain’t much better than spring around Lake Keowee!
Buyers are buying in the Lake Keowee market a bit earlier than in year’s past. Over the recent week we were able to put 2 houses under contract and 4 Lake Keowee lots under contract. That’s a total of 8 sides and approximately $4M in volume in a bit over a week. We’d be extremely happy to get that much property under contract in a month, especially in February when sales are typically down. It just goes to show that buyers are still excited about being on Lake Keowee and willing to pay the price.
For how much longer? Who knows, but if you’ve been starting to think about selling, get off the fence and let’s get you the highest price in the least amount of time with the least amount of stress. We’ll be happy to check out your Lake Keowee property and give you the skinny.
