Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Golf Season!
Lake Keowee is not just about playing on the water; you also have communities that provide the opportunity to play around the water. My favorite golf course on Lake Keowee is The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards. Why you ask? Well, as I just said, it’s on Lake Keowee. Far and away more golf holes on the banks of Keowee than any of the others with some absolutely spectacular views. Don’t get me wrong the other courses on Keowee (Cliffs Falls, Cliffs Springs, Keowee Key and The Reserve) are all a very close second, but that edge is given just because of the Lake Keowee integration. Now that the temperatures are starting to lower, golf becomes more inviting. Let us find you a property that gets you on the lake and on the course!
How’s business? Steady. We continue to see the slowdown in sales due to a lack of inventory and increased interest rates, but there are still buyers in the market. Bringing a Lake Keowee property on the market right now, going into the fall, is a great decision. Folks love how the changing of the leaves gives the area an even more mountain/lake feel. For those reasons we expect business to stay steady.
We’re here for you! We’re happy to discuss property valuation, market conditions, or anything else you deem germane. Give us a call 864-270-9186 or email [email protected] [email protected]. Let’s get the conversation started!
