Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Cooler Nights

I’m not necessarily talking about evenings sitting around an Igloo or Yeti mobile refrigerant device, I refer to the blessed temperatures we’ve had in the evenings as of late. You forget just how nice it is to go from warm nights to cooler, crisper nights in the beginning of the fall. We’re also starting to see hints of color change on some of the trees. Hands down, one of my favorite times of year. You can still head on to Keowee comfortably, skies becoming less hazy, leaves changing, football, basketball, baseball, golf…a great time to be outside!

The week here at Top Guns Realty has seen a bit of scrambling around as we are getting out to shoot some videos, show some lots and houses and get new properties on the market. We’re still in need of new listings and fortunately we’ve been able to get a couple of new ones this week. Also, we closed a $1.2M home over the past week. Business as usual, and as we like it.
