Happy July 4^th to all y’all! 250 years old is getting on up there. Hopefully, the good ol’ USofA has at least another 250 more in her. We’re looking forward to going out and enjoying some sun, water, fireworks and food (watermelon, boiled peanuts…good ol’ Southern cuisine) over the next few days along with selling and listing some great Lake Keowee real estate!

We’ll be bringing on 3 houses here shortly that should see quite a bit of quick interest. Can’t wait to share them with you ASAP! As to be expected this time of year, activity remains strong though we are starting to see higher inventory levels in certain segments of the market. You buyers have much more to choose from, which is nice to say the least. So come out and get to choosing. Summer is in full swing, but you still have time to buy and close so you can enjoy it!
