Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Bring Em’ On!

Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Bring Em’ On!

Jun 14, 2023 | Posted by topguns | Uncategorized |

You buyers, that is. Now, right now, this very moment, is the time of year when the most people are out looking for Lake Keowee real estate. I hate to sound like a broken record here but, they need more inventory to check out. That’s where you current Lake Keowee property owners come in. 2024 is an election year, which historically means a muted stock and bond market. That, along with high interest rates, could turn into a not so good market for sellers. So if you’re close to selling, right now looks to be an extremely advantageous time to do so.

As for Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach, we were able to close a waterfront lot this week and will be closing over $2M in Lake Keowee homes next week. We do have a couple of promising tours set up as well and are anxious to get some more properties under contract to continue to make 2023 the good year it’s been so far. It is very important that you guys see the paragraph above. If you’ve got it and you’re not using it, think real hard about selling it!

Don’t forget to watch the Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert video update. There’s a link below. Let us know if you have any questions!

Home Buyers: How to Avoid Paying Too Much
A Simple Guide to Help Avoid Overpaying For Your Home.
Simply put, paying too much can jeopardize the integrity of your investment. Here’s vital information to help you avoid overpaying for your property.
Tip #17 Keep your own situation to yourself.
Information can be used against you as well. How much you’re willing to spend, the size of mortgage you can afford, your move in deadline – it all can be sued to extract more money out of your pocket. Be sure to tell your agent everything he or she needs to know to be effective on your behalf – how much you have for a down payment, the size of the mortgage you can afford, etc. However, keep your personal circumstances and timeline to yourself.

While the current air and water temperatures in mid-June offer some of the best pleasure boating, sunbathing and swimming opportunities on Upstate lakes, the fishing comfort caused by rising temperatures has started its annual decline.
