Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog US Open Week
That’s when we’ll be getting a few more Lake Keowee waterfront listings! We’re expecting to put 3 lots and one house on the market over the next couple of weeks as we work through the process currently. That’s really huge as we have a multitude of buyers literally clamoring to get a Lake Keowee home or Lake Keowee lot as close to July 4th as possible. This is going to be interesting.
As many of y’all who read our Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog religiously know the activity level of buyers peaks around the second week of July and then begins to slow to the low point in the January/February time frame. It’d be wonderful to have about 25 Lake Keowee waterfront homes and another 25 Lake Keowee waterfront lots to sell currently, but if we did we wouldn’t have them long as they’d already be sold (try and follow that logic/send me a diagram as I’m not sure it made any sense either).
Regardless of current inventory we are still closing on all of the properties we had previously listed and where able to close 8 sides (4 Lake Keowee waterfront lots and 1 Lake Keowee waterfront house) for a total volume of $1,691,000. Another fantastic week of slinging Lake Keowee real estate!
Sellers, we still desperately need your help to list your property with us to help out all of those buyers dying to own a piece of Lake Keowee real estate. We’ll be happy to get out there and let you know our opinion of the current value of your property. We feel you will be more than pleasantly surprised!
