OK, Lake Keowee real estate needs some inventory, like yesterday! We’ve been dancing around the problem for the past several blogs but, apparently, it’s time to be brutally frank. It’s time to sell your Lake Keowee waterfront real estate! If you’ve been even just thinking about it, now is the time to take advantage of the current situation; you can always buy something new in a few years. For realz!
As for us, see above. We currently have 12 or so of our listings under contract. Leaving us just 3 current listings. Three! To put that into perspective we normally have around 40. As I referred to earlier, we have a lot of property currently under contract (over $14,000,000 worth). But we’re going to need some things to sell come July.,,and that’s where y’all come in.
