Memorial Day around Lake Keowee is in the rear-view mirror. Hopefully, everyone was able to enjoy a safe and fun holiday while having the opportunity to appreciate and honor the US military personal who’ve served but especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We all know someone who we should thank. To those of you reading this: Thank you for your service.

How’s business? We closed an interior lot with a boat slip in Keowee Bay last week. We also put another Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract. We hope to have another interior home with boat slip at Lake Keowee on the market by the end of the week. Business as usual, though we could really use more of it.

We’d love to put a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract this week (and get a line on listing a couple of more). Folks are still hesitant to let a good thing (Lake Keowee waterfront real estate) go which leads to a continued lack of inventory in several price ranges. The buyers are out there, so sellers this is still your chance to take full advantage.

The weather this week will be fantastic, we’ve got the College Baseball tournament starting on Friday (come to Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson on Friday) and the summer is beginning. What else could we possibly ask for?
