Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Dead of Winter? Far From It!
Another week of good Lake Keowee waterfront real estate closings as we’ve finished with over $2.6 million in volume. This adds to an already stellar January putting that volume figure at $4.3 million with another major closing coming up and still half of a week left in the month.
Things may begin to slow a bit as we see fewer buyers over the next couple of months but things will begin again in earnest with the 2020 selling season. Don’t worry about us though, we will be plenty busy adding to our inventory of great Lake Keowee waterfront homes and lots. Shooting video walk-throughs, aerial videos, 360 degree videos, living pictures videos and some straight forward pictures. We expect to be adding 5 to 7 listings over the next couple of weeks. If we can just keep the rain away for a few days we can get it all done no problem.
Hopefully, y’all are getting excited about the prospects of spring and summer. This time of year is always one of my favorites for pictures as we are able to see spectacularly clear skies, long views and breath-taking sunsets without all those pesky leaves in the way. And before we know it, we’ll be out zooming around on the jet skis again having way too much fun!
