Keowee Expert Blog Springtime
We have some beautiful days coming up around Lake Keowee. It’s a perfect time to get out in the yard and do something that doesn’t require you to be near anyone else (let’s go to Lowe’s and buys some flowers to plant along my Lake Keowee shoreline– nope). Thank goodness for Satellite TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Curiosity Stream, Ted Talks and gaming consoles.
Fortunately for us, we live in an area with plenty of space allowing everyone to easily stay at least 6 feet apart. For you guys who live in larger urban areas, it’s got to be a lot more difficult. As everyone is fond of saying currently “this too shall pass”. Apparently that’s not going to happen very quickly… but it’s going to happen!
How’s business? See above. Even though we are one of the “essential” businesses out there, there’s just not a lot of activity. We are seeing a few tours here and there but nowhere near where we’d normally be this time of year. The good news is the web is very active with folks searching for homes and land. Should make for a very busy time when the restrictions are lifted. Right now, not so much. But this too shall pass!
