Keowee Expert Blog August Push
We’re still working our tails off trying keeping up with all of the excitement around Lake Keowee real estate. As I’ve said over and over again over the past several Lake Keowee expert blogs folks are REALLY interested in getting on the Lake and away from the virus as best they can. It’s easy to forget about a lot of bad things when your hair (or lack thereof) is whipping in the wind at 60 miles an hour on a jet ski.
Over the past week we’ve closed on 3 Lake Keowee waterfront lots and a million dollar Lake Keowee home. We’ve also gone on 3 listing appointments and listed two lots (one of which we put under contract within 48 hours). That’s humping it for a time when folks are usually looking towards college football and kids getting back into school (what a mess all of that is – more power to the decision makers at those institutions).
Good news for you buyers is there are still good properties out there to be had. You will need to be prepared to make a move fairly quickly. Gone are the days of sitting on the fence until the breeze pushes you off. That’s where we can help most of all, focusing you on your goal and making it happen ASAP.
