Afternoon thunderstorms around Lake Keowee inevitably lead to incredible sunsets! There is plenty of humidity in the air, resulting in an inordinate amount out bodily perspiration. Over this past week, we’ve had a couple of good listing presentations on homes that are special. We also have a spectacular waterfront lot that we’re about to put on the market. No closings this week but we do have several coming next week so it’s hard to complain about a little lull. Overall, it’s been extremely busy as we’ve put together 5 sides so we’re just shy of $3M. That’s another good boost to our sales board.
This is the time of the year for all of that as the middle weeks of July are the busiest time for buyers looking at Lake Keowee.
