We’ve gotten a little break in the weather over the past few days, around Lake Keowee as we saw quite a bit of rain on Monday and spotty showers on Tuesday. That rain certainly helped the current drought situation, but there is still a ways to go! It’s certainly nice to see the 100 degree temperatures from last week abate. Be prepared though, there are still several hot days left in our near future. All the better for you to be out enjoying Lake Keowee!
An exciting week as we were able to get one Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract along with a Lake Keowee area home. No closings this week, but we’re expecting a big bang by the end of the month as we expect to close 7 deals at over $4M in Lake Keowee real estate. We were able to go on a couple of listing presentations and expect to get a couple of new Lake Keowee home listings soon. That’s the kind of July we expect as people are actively looking for that perfect piece of Lake Keowee waterfront.
