After last week’s extra warm temperatures, it’s nice to see a bit of a cooling trend. It makes it a little bit easier to get out and mow the lawn, etc. but still plenty warm enough to enjoy the crystal cool waters of Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. Yep, we are in the heat of the summer so drink plenty of water and spend plenty more time in the waters of Lake Keowee!
Another week to be thankful for here at Top Guns Realty as we were able to close $1,549,500 worth of home and $685,000 worth of Lake Keowee real estate. We also put $1.1M in Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract. Obviously, we’d like to keep that going and expect we will as we’re putting a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot and maybe a Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market this week. We have a couple of good tours and expect vibrant activity on our current listings, as well.
