So, you thought the Lake Keowee real estate activity was decreasing? Well, at least for Top Guns Realty, it’s not. We’ve been working hard to sell Lake Keowee real estate over the past week and doing quite the bang up job, I might add!. We’ve been able to put 5 of our listings under contract. That’s called “setting them up and knocking them down”! This activity just goes to show there are plenty of folks out there wanting to own Lake Keowee real estate.
