Currently, Lake Keowee real estate is a job that consists of trying to provide the buyers with what they are looking for. Sometimes it isn’t easy, but presently we are keeping up (well, not really, but we’re breaking our backs trying to make everyone happy).

Over the past week we were able to get three of our Lake Keowee waterfront listings under contract. Not bad, eh? The problem is we only had 2 listing at the beginning of the week. We were able to add a listing (Lake Keowee waterfront home) and put it under contract the same day. Then we were able to get 2 of our “old” (ha!) listings under contract, as well. The good news is we also went on three listing appointments and spoke to a few others about getting their property on the market. Fingers crossed they will all decide to put their Lake Keowee real estate on the market very soon.

I think we’re getting the point across that we need more listings. There are just so many folks anxious to purchase Lake Keowee real estate right now. Are you picking up what we’re laying down? We need more listings, pronto! There are tons of people chomping at the bit to purchase Lake Keowee real estate right now. Today! Take advantage, because the market won’t be like forever. Let’s do this!
