Keowee Expert Blog Rain Go Away…For Real This Time
It’s raining. Again. It’s been raining a lot around Lake Keowee. We’ve averaged around .3 inches a day so far in 2020, literally putting a damper on everything. I could’ve sworn I saw animals lining up 2 by 2 earlier this morning on the way in to work but I could’ve just imagined that. The deluge makes it hard to shoot videos, pictures, etc. We’ve added 6 listings to the fold these past couple of weeks and have had to take advantage when we get just a hint of clear weather. Don’t worry though the sun will come out eventually…right?
It’s been a great week as we’ve been able to put two more Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract, got another offer on one and an offer on a Lake Keowee waterfront house we have listed. Those are sunny day numbers and in February of all months. 2020 is going to be a great year!
