Especially if you are a sports fan and without question if you are a lover of nature. This time of year is an epicenter in time for multiple sports including some of our favorites, college football, baseball playoffs, professional football, not to mention we’re on the brink of another exciting college basketball season as the first games are less than one month away. On top of all that, it’s a great time to get out and play golf, go on a hike, play Frisbee football or run around a giant field in a dirndl or lederhosen and singing “The Hills are Alive…” Soon the leaves will start changing as the temperatures have finally taking a nosedive.

All of that gloriousness is simply a sidebar to the fact that the time to purchase a Lake Keowee waterfront home or lot is simply at a premium right now! Walking around a property in 70 degree temperatures has a very special place in my heart and is much easier on the deodorant. Fortunately, we’ve had several folks who feel the same way as we’ve had numerous folks check out the many incredible listings we have on the market at the moment. We’ve been able to close another $1.3 million dollars in homes over the past week. Hopefully, we’ll get a couple more lots under contract soon and keep that streak rolling.
