Man, this summer is absolutely vanishing! I guess that’s to be expected when you’re having such a blast! Time slides on by pell-mell. Must be why 48 has snuck up on me like a commando. Seems like just a couple of months back I was 24. Not only that, but I’m also perceiving time as moving faster on a daily basis (a double time whammy). I don’t know if any of you are experiencing the same thing but I know that the only thing that’s working for me on this is go with it! Try to have as much fun as you can so that in the end you’ll be like what a ride, what a rush, hope I left this place better than when I found it! Time for the pearly gates. To that end, I plan on spending more  of this summer time on Lake Keowee with loved ones and so should you.

This week was a bit slower (I guess time is relative – ok, enough physics) than last week when it comes to moving real estate. We only put one lot under contract vs. the 13 sides of the previous week. Hey, if we did 13 sides a week we’d be retired and you’d all miss the Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog like a desert misses the rain. Summer.

We continue to see summertime type traffic to our listings and fully expect to put a few of those under contract here soon. There’s still plenty of left summer and buyers a’plenty in the market. We’ve just got to keep everybody’s minds off of college football for a while longer.
