Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Still
We’re still dealing with cold days around Lake Keowee though, this week the cold is coming with no snow in tow. Looks like the coast is going to see a rare, good bit of snow, though, which is quite the change. I honestly can’t remember that ever happening. Soon, you’re going to be thinking, “man, I should already have had my Lake Keowee waterfront property on the market.” Well, let this serve as your Lake Keowee real estate listing alarm…DON’T PUSH SNOOZE.
Let us give you an idea of your current situation. We’re just an email/phone call away. 864-270-9186 [email protected] or [email protected].

If they aren’t organized and professional enough to respond promptly to your first request to find out more about them, they’ll probably handle potential buyers for your home the same way.
If you like the way they respond to you and are impressed with the information they supply, invite them to make a listing presentation.
It’s always a good practice to meet with more than one potential agent before making a final decision – usually three to five for sellers.
Just make sure that you don’t meet with more than one form the same company. This could cause internal strife which would be counterproductive in marketing your home.
