Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Overcast
We’re dealing with a bout of crazy weather as storms roll through and splash us with intermittent rain around Lake Keowee. Hopefully, everyone was able to enjoy their Memorial Day celebrations, regardless. I think now more than ever is a great time to appreciate the incredibly brave men and women who gave their lives all for the sake of protecting the freedoms that we hold dear (and plan never to lose).
For us it was a busy week as we listed a Lake Keowee waterfront home and closed on a vacant lot. We are heading out to a couple more listing presentations this week and have taken several people out to look at listings. The season is here!
We need you sellers to sell, the inventory remains low and there are buyers anxious to give you their hard earned money. It might be just the right time for you to let that Lake Keowee real estate go. Maybe you aren’t using it as much as you’d like or there is a project that could use an influx of capital. Why not cash out and cash in?

- Patch all holes.
