Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog November!
Well, we’ve made it to the month of Thanksgiving around Lake Keowee (and everywhere, I suppose) and we seem to be rolling into the Christmas shopping season faster than an Earnhardt at Talladega. The good news is we have a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront listings that would make a great Christmas present. Lot 226/226A is located in Waterside Crossing (one of the nicest communities on Keowee) and comes with a full-sized covered dock (located on 226A a short distance from 226). That one is under $250K. We also have Lake Keowee waterfront lot 6 in Laurel Point which has a very gentle slope AND a covered dock in place under $330K. Either of these fine Lake Keowee waterfront properties would make an excellent place to affix that big bow for the family.
We’re moving right along with the 2021 Lake Keowee sales season
and having only 2 months left means we are adorning the finishing touches. Our
hope is we can continue to land a couple of new listings per week giving us at
least a bit of inventory as we start thinking about what 2022 may hold. At this
point it would appear it will be a year for the seller as the amount of Lake
Keowee waterfront real estate for sale continues to be at historic lows.
Usually, we’ll see a build up of properties on the market, but this is not what
we’re seeing right now. Maybe as we get into the colder days of winter we’ll
see this happen, wouldn’t hold my icy breath, though.
So where does that put us? Begging you sellers to put your
property on the market. Can’t sell things if we’ve got nothing to sell. This is
a great opportunity for you guys to maximize your sales price! Tell us what you
own and will give you an idea of what it’s worth. Call us anytime, but the
sooner the better!
