And just like that, July 4^th 2023 here at Lake Keowee as well as nationwide, has come and gone. We are now in the busiest time of the year for folks viewing Lake Keowee real estate, and we are moving and shaking as we try to generate as much business as possible. We are prepared to list as many as you folks are willing to send our way as the inventory of Lake Keowee waterfront real estate remains too low for our liking. 

We were able to close a waterfront home over the past week which is great. Any week we do that makes for a good week. We were able to list a couple of properties as well as having a couple more that should be hitting the market over the next few weeks.
