Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Hints
Even though it’s still warm around Lake Keowee we are starting to see the first hints of the colors to that promise the coming of fall and the warm days are transitioning into cooler nights, which is quite pleasant. We are seeing spectacular, clear blue skies days making it the perfect time to get out on Lake Keowee and enjoy the last vestiges of the 2023 Lake Keowee season (who knows, you might even want to purchase your own place to take advantage of the fall colors and have a great place to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas or sell what you’ve got since you won’t get out as much over the winter).
Another nice week as we were able to close on another beautiful, Lake Keowee waterfront lot and set the stage to get a Lake Keowee waterfront home sold. We’ll probably be running into more weeks without such things as we get closer to 2024. Wow, that’s hard to believe 2024 is just the holiday season away!
Our biggest and seemingly most recurring issue remains the lack of inventory. The buyers still exist and there is cash in the market to overcome the interest rates, though mortgage guys are also working on ways to get over the (hopefully, fairly temporary) high interest rates. So, we need you folks who are thinking about selling to do just that. We can give you an idea of current value quickly and painlessly so you can make the best decisions moving forward and collect what you’re due just in time for the holidays!
