Around Lake Keowee we are starting to see the warmer days of summer set in with more daily temperatures in the mid to upper 80’s. That’s good stuff as it means more people out all around Keowee enjoying the sun and fun life on the water brings. We hope all of you owners are doing just that and if you aren’t, why not?

Let me restate that, with feeling: Now is the time to put your Lake Keowee property on the market. The real question is are you ready? After living on the lake for 20 or more years you may be thinking I just don’t get out on the water like I used to. But there is good news; you can cash in and use that money on a new adventure. Prices for Lake Keowee real estate are at an all time high and there are literally hundreds of folks yearning to be positioned on its beautiful waters. Just saying bruh, give it some real thought.

As for us, we are having another great week, putting a Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract and closing on $2,731,000 in Lake Keowee homes and properties. But those numbers certainly won’t continue if we can’t get some more inventory. Fortunately, we are currently working on getting 3 new Lake Keowee lots on the market over the next couple of weeks. Holding us up currently is the weather. We need a few clear days to get them cleaned up then a good day or two to get the videos and pictures completed. Still need more though so think hard, bruh!
