As for us, we are having another great week, putting a Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract and closing on $2,731,000 in Lake Keowee homes and properties. But those numbers certainly won’t continue if we can’t get some more inventory. Fortunately, we are currently working on getting 3 new Lake Keowee lots on the market over the next couple of weeks. Holding us up currently is the weather. We need a few clear days to get them cleaned up then a good day or two to get the videos and pictures completed. Still need more though so think hard, bruh!
