Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Election Day
Lake Keowee folks, it’s here. Election Day. It’s already been a tumultuous few days and we’ve probably got a few more days of the same as we all bicker over the minutia of the election as we wait for the last ballot to be counted. It’s going to be interesting to see how we as a country handle the results, especially when it comes to things like Lake Keowee real estate.
No matter who wins, the virus is not going away until we get a reliable vaccine. Which probably means a continued strong seller’s market for Lake Keowee real estate. Buyers list things such as “working remotely” and “the need to get to a place where they can roam more freely” as reasons why Lake Keowee has become even more popular over the past several months. As that’s not changing anytime, soon we foresee a continued situation benefiting sellers. That comes with the headwind of the cold weather. No matter how good the market is, sales go down in the winter. Come December there will be fewer buyers in the market and that’s just the way it is until the spring. The good news is there are still plenty of buyers for inventory that has not yet made it to the Lake Keowee real estate market.
