We here at Top Guns Realty on Lake Keowee are feeling that same kind of isolation as folks begin to pull back from getting out and about to enjoy searching for a great place to spend the summer in relative isolation (just invite folks to your new Lake Keowee property who’ve passed their test). Over the past week we’ve had 3 tours cancel and seen viewings of homes and properties drop off. We do have a good client tour of Lake Keowee houses coming in over the weekend and promise to keep our social distance. Hopefully that one will turn into a sale. Then we can begin the process of living successfully with a new virus strain.

At this point it’s difficult to see what the future holds. We can only assume we’ll get a handle on the spread and avoid the hospital bed/equipment shortages and get back to a normal life fairly soon. With all of the bright minds around the world working on a vaccine, it’s only a matter of time. So, everyone just stay calm and stop hoarding TP and ground beef (still plenty of vegetables at the grocery store – wonder why? Mix in a few more of those and maybe we’d need less of the TP…and maybe fewer vaccines?).

We’re still open for business and folks now have plenty of time to watch all of the wonderful videos we’ve created of our incredible Lake Keowee properties. All of the changes in real estate over the last 30 years have prepared us for just such an event as we get you almost all of the information you need while you sit at home safe and sound. Then when you’re ready, you can follow us to all of the great Lake Keowee properties to see in person – bring a pair of gloves and don’t touch your face.
