Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Finally
We’re getting some rain around Lake Keowee which is nice because it’s been far too long since that has happened and it’s starting to show around the area in dry spots and low lake levels for Lake Hartwell. That gets us to one of the great things about Lake Keowee. The level is highly controlled and has two lakes backing it up (Bad Creek Project and Lake Jocassee) with water that can easily be released into Keowee. The prices may be a little higher on Keowee but let’s face; it’s way more fun going to a lake that has water at your dock.
Business! We keep doing it! Over the past week we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot at $810,000 as well as landing a couple of listings we will be putting on the market shortly. We expect to close another $4.225M in real estate over the rest of the week. That’s a good week, but we want more!
