Running out of it! We are now in single digits until the big day …Christmas! You probably won’t be able to close on that Lake Keowee waterfront home or lot before then (unless you find something today, or right now in fact).  We can still get you under contract on your dream Keowee place so, the next best thing. A lot of things can happen in nine days(ladies can dance, maids can a-milk, etc…) and most families would be very excited to know they would be closing on a new Lake Keowee home in time for some springtime frivolity! Just put a picture of it on the tree would be the best gift ever!

It’s a bit slow leading up to the holidays, though we do expect to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week and have another waterfront lot we should be listing soon. The days have been crystal clear and beautiful if not a bit cold for this time of year. We don’t expect too much activity next week. We will probably get one or two folks who are in town for the holidays, dying to get out of the house, who would like to see what’s available. Bring it on!

Not sure we will have the blog next week, just have to see where the wind takes us. If not, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Festivus for the rest of us!
