It’s hot and humid around Lake Keowee making it the perfect time to be enjoying the lake. Floating around your dock with the beverage of your choice as the sun goes down, that is the life! Many folks are now enjoying just that scene and many more are looking high and low to find their scene around Lake Keowee. The options are seemingly limitless! We are in the throes of the busiest time of the year when it comes to folks looking at Lake Keowee real estate. The miles we’ve put on our vehicles can attest to this. 

Over this past week, we’ve been able to put two houses under contract and just missed on a third. Fortunately, we’ve been able to bring on a couple more homes to fill the space vacated by those sales. That’s the idea with our business, keep filling up the front end with properties folks want to buy and everything else will take care of itself.
