After a beautiful week of temperatures topping out in the mid-70’s, I think it’s safe to say that summer has arrived. Now we’re seeing highs in the 90’s as we edge closer and closer to summer according to the calendar around Lake Keowee. Abundant sunshine with the occasional passing shower. It’s just perfect!

Another fantastic week, as the rain holds off the buyers, to hit the ground running. We’ve been able to lock up another $1,300,000 in Lake Keowee real estate under contract via 1 house, 2 lots and 1 townhome (we like to spread ourselves around). Hopefully, we’ll be able to put another house under contract before this blog goes live.

The good news for all you buyers out there is there are some really terrific values for lots out here on Lake Keowee. We’ve got 2 lots in the Waterford community, both with docks in place, under $200K. That’s exciting stuff! We even have some lots with covered docks in place under $100K. All of those lots look even better when you look at the number of homes available in each price category.
