Business continues to be good. We closed on a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront lots last week and just listed an incredible home at 519 Beacon Shores Drive. The market continues to be hot with buyers anxious to get in on a Lake Keowee property before the summer season is in full swing we’re trying our best to help!

We’re declaring the warm and sunny season around Lake Keowee currently as we head out to do our Lake Keowee real estate work in shorts. It’s happening around Lake Keowee. Spring is doing its thing. We are starting to see the sprouts coming outs. It’s an exciting time that leads to a very busy time for Mike and Matt Roach, Top Guns Realty, Inc. It’s been a good winter, and we are ready to go full force into spring and summer. Between now and mid-July, we will see buyer activity ramp up significantly as folks realize they can actually swim in Keowee but need to get their own house or lot so they can do it on a consistent basis. We were fortunate to close almost $1.5M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate and put $400K under contract over the past week. We’ve also landed an interior home in Keowee Key to sell and are about to put a big track of Lake Keowee area land on the market. Things continue to hum right along and it looks as if 2024 will be a really good year, even with elections looming. We’ve just got to keep adding great listings!

We are closing just under a couple hundred thousand in real estate this week and will be putting $3M in real estate on the Lake Keowee real estate market. Business over the last few days has been brisk as we’ve had a few folks looking at the current lot and housing market as well as finalizing a couple of listings we will be bringing on the market shortly. No closings as everyone seems to have taken many of the last several days off. Go figure. With those bits of activity, we expect to start out 2024 with a bang. The overall market remains in the sellers favor as we are still short of inventory. It will be interesting to see how this will change in 2024. It appears that things will be steady as she goes.
