Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Weatherman Got it Right!
As expected, there’s a nip in the air in our Lake Keowee area, at least until this weekend when it gets back to gooooood boating weather with highs in the 80’s. We’re all really looking forward to getting out on Lake Jocassee on Sunday morning. We were out there yesterday filming the latest installment of our Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Video Update for October and I remembered that I haven’t taken the kids out to Jocassee in over a month! She is down a good bit as we are currently in the midst of a level 2 drought (bordering on a level 3 actually!) and the water level for Jocassee as of this morning is 90.2 about 10 feet low, but nevertheless – what an absolutely gorgeous creation of nature! I know many a person who owns property on Lake Keowee, yet has never gone out on Lake Jocassee – shame on you, shame on all of you. You absolutely do not know what you are missing! Make sure you click on the Lake Keowee Real Estate Video Update for October down below to get a taste of what you don’t have to be missing any longer!
Business? Another week, another contract. Yay! But the bad news is we did lose a pretty big deal. I blame the hurricane. That’s just how far reaching those things are, as that is truly the reason it fell apart. Overall the Lake Keowee Real Estate market keeps chugging along. Take a look below at the Lake Keowee Update, but also check out our numbers presentations links. There you will find lots of great information such as the fact that there are only 3 active homes between $700,000 and $800,000 on Lake Keowee. Putting that into perspective in October last year there were 12, in 2014 there were 22. But that’s just one tiny segment of the market. Check out the links below to see them all! See you next week!!!
