2024 around Lake Keowee is in the books! We hope it was a very good year for you and yours and that you’re seeing a lot of bright spots for 2025. I think we can all agree it will probably be eventful!

It was a very good year for Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach, selling Lake Keowee real estate. Closing just shy of $30M on 55 total sides. We’ve been able to ink 3 deals/5 sides over the past week meaning that January and February should be excellent months. Currently, indicators are that at least the first quarter of 2025 will be good for Lake Keowee real estate (at least for us). It does look like we’ll have some snow next week, hopefully not so much as to dampen real estate sales (snow around here always clogs things up – just not that used to it). We’ll plow through whatever mother nature gives.

Again, good luck with 2025 and we’re here to help you with your Lake Keowee real estate needs. We still need listings as there are more buyers in more categories than sellers. Take advantage of the excitement. Nothing goes up forever!
