It’s been a good year around Lake Keowee and we have a lot to be thankful for. Hopefully, you all do as well. This year we’ve got the annual USC v. Clemson game in our area and, unusually for the Gamecocks, they potentially have something more to play for than just state pride. They’ve come through to this point of the year playing better than many expected and with an outside chance at making the inaugural 12-team college football playoffs. Clemson on the other hand still has a chance to make the ACC Championship game as well as the playoffs. The main thing standing in the way is USC. This will make for an excellent afternoon of football this coming Saturday.
Back to why you are here. Lake Keowee real estate. Another Excellent week for Top Guns Realty, Inc. as we’ve been able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract as well as closing a Lake Keowee interior lot. We currently have all of the waterfront lots that are dockable between $300,000 and $500,000 in the MLS listed (5 properties). If you want one of those we’re here to help (maybe the last ones you see on the market in this price range anytime soon).
As always, we’re here to help. The Lake Keowee market needs more inventory, some of you can help. We’re helping many buyers that need your help via listing your Lake Keowee real estate with us. Buyers we have the great deal lots above, help us to help those owners. Somebody, help Clemson’s injured players to heal up quickly! Helping all around.
How to Sell Your Home for the Highest Price Possible
Here’s how to avoid mistakes that could cost hundreds, even thousands of dollars, when you sell your home.
Even during the best economic times, hundreds of homeowners still throw money away because of poorly made decisions during the sales of their homes.
This information is designed to give you the tools you need to protect your most important investment when it’s time to sell. Before you put your house on the market, follow this informative guide to reap the maximum rewards possible.
Carefully Evaluate Your Property
As objectively as possible, take a walk through and around your house, trying to look at it as a potential buyer would.
Make a list of all things you would want to change or repair if you were going to remain living here.
You may not wind up doing all of these things, but start taking care of the small and inexpensive repairs and make sure your home is as clean and attractive as possible even before contacting a real estate broker to list your property.
Their first impressions of the general appearance of your home will color an agent’s conclusions about how easy or difficult your home will be to sell and about the right price for your home.
If you make your home more inviting, the agent will be more eager to bring buyers through to show it off.
By making the broker’s selling job easier, you increase your chances of getting the price you want 0 or at least a price close to it.
