Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Nature Lover
Man, don’t you guys love the summertime around Lake Keowee? It’s great to get outside and enjoy nature, especially during a pandemic! I don’t understand how all of y’all do it in the big cities, especially now. Our lives have been affected, yes, but not nearly to the levels of you who call places like New York City home. We just wear masks at the grocery store and live without sitting in a restaurant. Everything else is pretty much the same. Walk down to Lake Keowee, get on the boat enjoy the water, rinse and repeat. Throw in trips up to Sassafras Mountain, hiking trails, golf, tennis, etc. and you’ve got this thing licked (figuratively, of course). There is work, but if you can work from home what better view out of the window than across Lake Keowee to the mountains?
We’ve had another nice week putting a Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract. Not as good as several weeks prior, but any week with a contract is a good week. We’ve added three new properties and expect a fourth one very soon. We’ve also been pushing folks who have been holding off on listing to consider putting their property on the market now. There are a lot of buyers in the market and the inventory is low in many price categories, especially houses.
We’d be happy to let you know what your property is currently worth and what it’d take to get it sold. If you’re looking for property there are still some really good ones available, especially when it comes to waterfront Lake Keowee lots!
